It has its roots in ancient Eastern traditions yet it is a powerful secular practice for helping us navigate the modern day human experience. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that by cultivating mindfulness and compassion, we can create a more peaceful and harmonious world from the inside out.
I offer a variety of mindfulness programmes designed to support you on your journey from introductory courses to formal 8 week programmes.
